Flight School This class is structured for girls that are Flyers on a cheerleading squad or have aspirations of becoming a Flyer. The main focus of the class in increased flexibility, but time is also spent practicing balance and different body positions used in the air. Wednesday 6:30-7:25 | Level 4 & 5 tumbling Prerequisite - Round off back hanspring Layout, front handspring, standing tuck, standing back handspring back tuck.
Students will be learning, whip backs, fulls, arabians and other advanced tumbling skills.

Level 2/3 Tumbling Prerequisite - Standing Back Handspring on the floor without a spot and round off back handspring and front handspring.
In this class we will do drills and progressions for multiple back handsprings, and back tucks. Tuesday 4:00-4:55
Thursday 5:00-5:55 | Level 1 Tumbling This class focuses on improving strength and basic body awareness, while learning proper technique for cartwheels, round offs, and front and back handsprings. K-2nd Graders
